Worth knowing

Shorter reads better. A name or a date sits comfortably on a pen barrel, but a whole sentence will not. The bookmark takes a quote on the front and initials on the back.

The darker hardwoods, for example walnut and wenge, take an engraving as a shadow that catches the light rather than a dark line. The pen page tells you if you've picked one.

Anything engraved is made for you, so it can't be returned because you've changed your mind. It's covered like everything else if it's faulty. The details are on Delivery & Returns.
