How an order runs

Send a quote or your details

A rough idea is fine.

02

Approve a proof

An image of your logo on the piece. Once you've approved it, I invoice a 50% deposit and start making.

03

See the first one

I make one and send a photograph before making the rest.

04

The rest follow

In one delivery, or in batches for a larger order. The other 50% is invoiced on completion.

Worth knowing

Gifts up to £50 a person are usually tax-free for staff, and deductible as client gifts when they carry your logo, which is why the pen and the coasters are priced where they are. Awards and leaving gifts are treated differently whatever they cost. Worth checking with your finance team.

Lead times vary by order size. Smaller orders should be completed within a few weeks. For larger orders, I would still want to have some pens in your hands within weeks, so the most common option is to complete the order in tranches. If there is a deadline then please get in contact and I will be honest about whether it is feasible.
