Mixed End Grain Chopping Board

A smaller end grain board in walnut, oak and sapele, laid out in a chequered pattern, with no juice groove, so the whole surface is yours to chop and serve on. With the end grain facing up, a knife blade slips between the wood fibres instead of cutting across them, which keeps your knives sharper and leaves far fewer marks on the board. Handles are cut into the ends so it is easy to lift, and there is a chamfer around the edges. 32mm thick. Finished in food-safe mineral oil with a homemade beeswax finish on top.
