Mixed End Grain Chopping Board

An end grain board in oak, iroko and sapele, laid out in a chequered pattern. With the end grain facing up, a knife blade slips between the wood fibres instead of cutting across them, which keeps your knives sharper and leaves far fewer marks on the board. Handles are cut into the ends so it is easy to lift. 35mm thick and heavy enough to stay where you put it. Finished in food-safe mineral oil with a homemade beeswax finish on top.
